Opportunities for Bid

LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID. The Harriman Utility Board (HUB) will receive sealed bids for the purchase of a recent model (2018 and newer) Ford F-550. The minimum specifications are as follows:

Truck is to be white, standard 2-door with power locks and windows, automatic transmission, 6.4-liter PowerStroke diesel engine, solid bench seat, air conditioned, with towing package and back-up alarm. Tires are to be 19.5/14 ply. Truck should include service bed, “Tommy-Lift” gate, and 5-ton auto crane. Truck should be in “good working order”. At HUB’s discretion, final acceptance of truck shall be based on an inspection by qualified mechanic. Bids must be received no later than Wednesday, June 14th, 2023, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at which time, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
