Restoration Process

HUB’s service area encompasses much more than the city limits of Harriman. Our responsibility for electric service covers parts of Roane and Morgan Counties, with more than 600 miles of electric lines that may be affected by storms or other emergencies. HUB will prioritize restoration based on which regions experience the greatest concentration of outages. Isolated reports will be handled in order of receipt.

During such emergencies, HUB personnel are often called-in regardless of regular schedules, and may work continuously for extended periods of time until service is restored. Whenever possible, every available resource will be used to resolve outages. HUB understands the concerns of our customers (many HUB employees are also customers), and appreciates your patience during these significant events.
