HUB will always make every effort to restore services promptly. If you experience an outage, please contact our main line (865) 882-3242 and select Option “1”.
Please bear in mind that during emergencies, we may experience higher than usual calls reporting outages. In the event you are not directed immediately to a Dispatcher, your call will be placed in a que, and an average wait time provided by the phone system. If you are forwarded to voice mail, please provide your name, address and account number (available on your monthly bill). Providing this information is helpful in expediting the restoration of service.
To report an outage online or from your mobile device:
Report an outage online: Log in to your account. Look to the upper right hand corner of your screen and click on “Report an Issue/Inquiry.” On the next screen, click on “Power Outage.”
Report an outage on the app: Log in to the Smarthub app. Tap the “Service Status” icon. On the next screen, tap “Report my power is out.”
